From the bustling streets of Japan, I’ve navigated through 15 exciting years in the engineering world, crafting innovation one project at a time! After 9 years refining my skills with Aisin AW and Shiratsuki Japan, I’ve excelled as the Engineering Manager at SNAI and am excited to continue creating solutions that make a difference.
Jonatas Molacinai
A passionate Systems Control Engineer with degrees in Automation Robotics & Computer Science, and over 15 years in the automotive manufacturing industry! When not designing production control systems, you can find him pumping iron at the gym, cruising on two wheels, or enjoying time with family.
Ronak Thakar
With a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an Associate’s in Robotics, I’ve thrived by turning complex challenges into seamless automation solutions by programming PLCs and integrating robotics as a Controls Engineer in the automotive industry. In my spare time, you’ll find me camping under the stars or cheering for my favorite soccer team!
Yoshimitsu Torii
Bridging the gap between gears and circuits, I am a hybrid engineer with a decade of maintenance and systems design experience that keeps equipment in its peak form! When I’m not fine-tuning machines, you’ll find me traveling the globe or enjoying a boxing or soccer match!
Michael Gwynn
A Systems Controls Engineer with a Software Engineering degree, with 5 years of experience doing Controls for custom testing machinery in the Automotive and Aerospace industries, including wiring, instrumentation, and PLCs. In my spare time you’ll find me playing trading card games around the country.

Mahmoud Riahi, PE
With over 30 years of Power Distribution Design and Power System Analysis experience, I am your go-to expert for power solutions! Proudly licensed as a PE in NC, TN, and TX, I thrive on turning complex challenges into bright solutions! Outside of work, you’ll find me baking amazing food, biking through nature, in the garden, or traveling with my family!
Todd McBride, PE
With a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from NC State, I’ve navigated exciting paths as an Engineer and entrepreneur from avionics design to the dynamic cellular industry! Now, as an Electrical Engineer at SNAI, I bring over two decades of experience and creativity to projects while enjoying life as a Volunteer Firefighter, EMT, and Scuba Instructor!
James Drezner
With a BS in Electrical Engineering from UNCC and just over 5 years of experience. I’ve found my footing in the industrial world designing panels, calculating power distribution, and programming PLCs. I use this blend of experiences to find interconnected solutions to problems. Outside of the office I’ll be at the local bowling alley or playing the latest video games.

In my spare time I can be found in the garage, cruising the hill country, or enjoying a Formula 1 race!
